SHIPPING POLICY

1. Delivery Timeline

Oud Millano delivers across India within:

  • 3–7 working days
  • Metro cities may receive orders earlier (3–5 working days)
  • Non-metro and remote locations may take 5–7 working days

Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays 

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 24–48 hours of being placed
  • During high-demand periods or exclusive launches, processing time may be slightly extended

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charges may apply based on order value and delivery location
  • Any free shipping offers will be clearly displayed at checkout

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive a tracking link via SMS or email
  • Orders can be tracked through our courier partner’s website
  • Tracking updates may take a few hours to reflect after dispatch 

5. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will make up to two delivery attempts
  • If the customer is unavailable, a second attempt will be made
  • After two failed attempts, the package may be returned to Oud Millano
  • Re-shipping can be arranged, but additional charges may apply 

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Oud Millano is not responsible for delivery issues caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Wrong PIN code
  • Unreachable contact number

If an order is returned due to incorrect details, reshipping charges will be applicable.

7. Delays Beyond Our Control

Delivery timelines may be affected due to circumstances such as:

  • Weather conditions
  • Strikes, lockdowns, or government restrictions
  • Courier service disruptions
  • Remote location accessibility

While these factors are beyond our control, Oud Millano will assist you in tracking and resolving delivery concerns.

8. Damaged or Tampered Package

If your package arrives damaged or appears tampered:

  • Please record a complete unboxing video without cuts
  • Contact us immediately at millanooud@gmail.com
  • Our team will review your case and proceed as per our Return & Replacement Policy

9. International Shipping

  • Currently, Oud Millano ships only within India
  • International shipping options will be introduced soon and updated here
