WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT PRODUCT?
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Ensure you include an unboxing video and pictures of the product along with the original packaging. Email us at millanooud@gmail.com, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
IS AN UNBOXING VIDEO REQUIRED TO MAKE A CLAIM?
Yes, an unboxing video showing the product in its original packaging is mandatory for any claims related to missing items, leakage, breakage, or incorrect products.
IS THERE ANY ELIGIBILITY FOR THE RETURN OF ITEMS?
Yes, if the product received is damaged, leaking or defective, or if you have received a wrong product, in such cases, return is eligible.
WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE FOR REFUND?
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status and if approved, refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

In eligible cases, customers may opt for an exchange instead of a refund, the exchange will be shipped at no additional cost (subject to availability).
